First Spring look

The first week of Spring has now passed, lovely Daffoldils are to be found in the greenest grass, birds are signing in the early mornings... how nice it is to have the sun streaming in through your curtains. I am so excited that Spring is finally here as I am looking forward to taking on the new trends, clothes, looks and colors.
I really love winter and layering my sweaters one over the other but honestly I am short of inspiration for winter looks. I am full of new ideas for the blog, with new inspirations on how to style new looks. Unfortunately, I live in the Netherlands and here the weather is changing constantly. I can't put all my coats away just yet, therefore you will for sure see a couple more of "what to wear when it's raining" outfits.

Spring is for colors, so, for this look I did my best to avoid wearing black by matching my favourite ripped jeans with my new white jacket, and a "cute" blush pink collar shirt.
I was actually hunting for a nice jeans jacket in order to customize it at a later stage, when I came across this white jacket which I thought is quite extraordinary with it's lazer cut pattern. Of course, when buying it I went through the usual dilemma of "should I buy it in black or white?". Oh well... as you can see I opted this time for white. I can't wait to wear it with a lovely summer dresses.
To finish the look I paired it with my favourtie sneakers of the moment. For now, they are my favourties but another pair is already on it's way to me, can you guess which pair it is?
Have a great weekend! x

Current favourites: Forever 21

Current favourites: Forever 21

Hello Folks,
Sorry for my absence! These past days I've been experiencing some complications wit the blog plus I've been traveling back and forth to Luxembourg. And now guess what happened… I forgot my laptop charger back in Luxembourg which now limits my access to my blog and other social media. Basically, I am living on super low battery life.
This being said I still have a couple of new outfits to show you before the end of March. I will also have a surprise for you which will be on the blog at the weekend.

For now I will let you enjoy the selection of my favourites, currently available on Forever 21.
I never really knew this brand up until a few months ago when I decided to order a pair of heeled ankle boots from their website.
First of all my package arrived within 5 days, which I was really happy about. Secondly, the shoes didn't smell of plastic which is a great plus as often when you order shoes that aren't real leather they tend to have a strong plastic smell. Since I regularly visit their online shop, I decided to show you my current favourites.

Have a great rest of the week.
Xx

The Paris fashion week aka PFW, is with NYFW one of the best, as all my favourite brands show their latest collections. I will thus only talk about PFW since the shows that I've been following through bloggers and the internet were simply mind-blowing and beautiful.
My favourite shows were Dior, Chloé, Valentino and, of course, Chanel which is always amazing.

"Cigarette" trousers

I've been looking for a pair of "cigarette" trousers for a while, up until I found that Scotch & Soda made theirs in black and grey. The best part about it was that I found these trousers in the sales!
You are probably wondering why I am only showing them to you know, but the Dutch weather was way to rough and cold in January for "exhibiting" them.
There are so many ways to combine these trousers but I chose to wear a rather relaxed everyday look, by adding the sneakers, which by the way are my favourite footwear at the moment. I suppose you've already guessed that though!
I can't wait to wear these "cigarette" trousers on a night out, as I am convinced that it will look amazing worn with a pair of pointed black or nude pumps.

Sales are definitely one of the best shopping moments of the year, even though I hate the messy clothes racks in the shops, I still love walking out the stores with a great bargain. This being said, I think online sales are maybe better as you can shop from home on your couch and in your pjs'. No hectic and annoying people pushing you and literally throwing themselves on clothes racks. Unfortunately, sales are now over but we all know that soon enough they will return and that the shopping chaos will start all over again.

Gym gear review

I know I am not a fitness blogger but I  am if the opinion that one must hit the gym and if possible, sweat in style! This is why I wanted to show you my newest fitness gear.
I am so excited about my fitness results that I got myself new gym clothes, especially colourful! I am sure this will take my motivation to the next level.

Whilst I am letting you enjoy the lovely colours of my new gym gear, here below a little testing review:
First, the Piba leggings. I am really surprised how comfortable they are and how nice they feel worn. Plus, they stretch really well, you can as a result do as many squats as you want.
I actually came across Piba whilst browsing my Instagram. I immediately checked out their website and fell in love with all their leggings. I was initially a bit sceptic about the quality and fabric, but I decided to choose a pair on sale. Now, there is another fellow blogger of mine who happens to be a fitness blogger, I obviously asked her about the quality of the leggings as I knew that she already owned her pair of Piba tights. After her feedback, my tights were already on their way to me.
I highly recommend you get your pair of Piba gym leggings, I am sure that you won't be disappointed.

Now, let's move on to my Nike Free 5.0 trainers. I've always loved Nike's sport shoes and I've even owned quite a few pairs. My Roshe Run having reached their "end", I had to find a replacement. Having read reviews and browsed the internet for quite some time, I really had to get my pair of Free 5.0 trainers. I found a pair at the closest Nike outlet, of course, I tested them first thing on Monday. They are perfect, light, colourful, comfortable, fit to the foot like a glove to the hand, exactly what I needed.
